Our opinion?

Your work is important. And, it deserves direction and a plan built for how work actually happens.

That means:

  • A shared understanding of what’s true and what matters so you stop solving the wrong problem.

  • A practical route from “where we are” to “where we’re going” with confident choices and tradeoffs.

  • Support that makes execution feel lighter through steady structure, clear roles, and a plan your team can actually carry

Grace Strategies & Insights helps leaders and organizations turn insights and data into practical strategy and steady execution so progress feels doable and sustainable in real life.

Our Story

Built for meaningful work that can’t afford guesswork.

We work to support leaders and teams doing work with real stakes and making a real impact.

Founded by Dr. Meghan Grace, our work lives at the intersection of research, strategy, and implementation. Dr. Grace’s background as a researcher and strategist shape our core belief: insight is only useful if it leads somewhere. Not just findings, but direction. Not just a plan, but focused follow-through.

In complex work, teams don’t fail from lack of effort. They stall when the path forward is crowded with competing inputs.

That’s why we work the way we do. We help you:

  • Connect the dots across people, context, and data

  • Name what matters most (and what can wait)

  • Make decisions you can stand behind

  • Move from thinking to doing with a practical route that fits your actual capacity.

In our work, we listen carefully, tell the truth with care, and deliver work you can actually use in rooms that matter.

We’re here to help you move thoughtfully, credibly, and with a route that holds up in the reality of your work.

How We Work

A wayfinding process that keeps the work human and moving.
When work spans priorities, people, and constraints, you need a steady approach that turns insight into action without burning everyone out.

Our operating model is simple on purpose:

Understand → Solve → Empower → Sustain.

It’s how we turn complexity into steady momentum.

  • Map the terrain.

We get aligned on context, constraints, stakeholders, and what “good” looks like. We believe in being on the same page before throwing around solutions.

  • Choose the route.

We convert what we learn into prioritized recommendations, clear decisions, and an executable roadmap (including what not to do and what to avoid).

  • Equip the travelers.

We translate strategy and findings into tools, templates, and working sessions so your team can own the work without depending on us.

  • Keep the course.

If needed, we provide right-sized support (enablment, implementation, project management, accountability check-ins) so progress remain steady.

Ways to work together

The work we do spans three connected lanes. Each designed to move from “we’re seeing a lot” to “we know what we’re doing next.”

Our areas of expertise:

  • Strategy: When you need direction that holds up in real life, we help you translate competing priorities into a practical path forward and a working rhythm to keep it moving.

  • Insight: When you need to understand what’s really happening (or prove what’s working), we bring research (stakeholder discovery, research, assessment) and synthesis that’s built for action, not just reporting.

  • Generations: When leaders and organizations need a shared language and tools to work better together, we bring research-backed insight that’s engaging, human, and usable.

Who we work with

We work best with leaders and teams doing people-centered work who want a steady partner and a usable path forward, work that respects real timelines, capacity, and the humans doing the work.

You might be here because:

  • You’re holding multiple priorities at once and need a route that helps you choose what comes first (and what can wait).

  • You’re aligning stakeholders and want a plan people can actually commit to.

  • You have information - feedback, data, lived experience - but its’s not yet translating into decisions that stick.

  • Momentum keeps getting interrupted by the day-to-day, and you want a rhythm that keeps the work moving.

  • You want a partner who can zoom out, connect the dots, and help translate direction into action.

We’re a great fit if you’re looking for:

  • Practical strategy, not performative strategy

  • Decision support with options and tradeoffs

  • Tools and structure your team can carry forward

  • A collaborative partner who’s direct, kind, and deeply dependable

We’re probably not the best fit if you need:

  • A “drop the deck and disappear” model

  • A purely academic report with no implementation pathway

  • A partner who will rubber-stamp a decision you’ve already made

  • Speed at the expense of care, context, and people

FAQs

  • Strategy-to-action planning, implementation/project momentum support, operationalization sprints, stakeholder discovery and research, evaluation toolkits, and speaking/workshops—always tailored to context.

  • No. Some work is a focused sprint; some is multi-month support. We’ll recommend the smallest thing that creates meaningful momentum.

  • Clear working rhythms, proactive communication, decision and risk tracking, and deliverables designed for your team to use.

  • We do “right-sized rigor”: enough listening and data to be accurate, not so much that the work stalls and gets overwhelmed by data. Then, we translate findings into decisions and a route forward.

  • Yes—keynotes, workshops, and leadership briefings, especially around generations and workplace culture, with practical takeaways audiences can use right away.

  • We’ll schedule a conversation to understand what you’re navigating, what your ideal endpoint looks like, and whether there’s a strong fit. Then, we’ll recommend a path that matches your goals and capacity.
