Dr. Meghan Grace is a researcher, strategist, and speaker passionate about helping people make sense of what feels messy or overwhelming and turn it into something clear, doable, and empowering. Her work is rooted in the belief that smart strategy should not live in a slide deck or stay trapped in theory. It should help real people make real decisions, in real organizations, with all the complexity and context that come with them.
Her areas of focus:
Sets the firm’s vision and strategic direction, guiding the work across client engagements, thought leadership, and business growth.
Helps organizations make sense of complexity and move forward with clearer direction, practical strategy, and steadier momentum.
Guides strategic planning, implementation, and operational work that helps teams get unstuck and make real progress.
Designs and leads research, assessment, and insight projects that surface what matters, why it matters, and what to do next.
Speaks and consults on generations and workplace culture by blending insight, relevance, and real-world application.
Builds trusted relationships with clients, collaborators, and strategic partners that deepen the firm’s impact and create opportunities for aligned, meaningful growth.

The human behind the work
Meghan’s life isn’t neatly divided into “work” and “not work” — it’s intentionally blended, shaped by the belief that the way we live influences the way we lead, create, and show up for others. She’s energized by meaningful conversation, grounded by the routines that make life feel steady, and inspired by travel, story, humor, and the everyday moments that make life feel textured and real.
She’s rarely without a pet by her side, whether it’s Waffles (the orange tabby) serving as an unofficial office manager or out on a walk with her tri-color corgi, Sebastian. Meghan is an avid podcast listener and reader - She loves to binge listen to NPR and reads mystery novels like its her part-time job.
She calls Nashville, TN home, but is a frequent flier and is always scheming up a new travel adventure. Meghan loves experiencing new places through food, history, and long walks that let you notice what you would otherwise miss.
Those same instincts of curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a deep appreciation for people and place shape the way she likes to lead, work, and connect.
Why this work matters to Meghan:
“I believe people do their best work when they feel seen, supported, and equipped with a path forward that actually fits real life.
I’m driven by the opportunity to help others make sense of complexity, move with greater confidence, and build something better than what they started with.”
